Reaction Steps
A mixture of Example 388A (66 mg, 0.15 mmol) in methanol was treated with 10% Pd/C (50 mg) and stirred under a hydrogen atmosphere overnight at room temperature. Filtration and evaporation of the solvent gave the desired product.
