A mixture of Example 476C (0.12 g, 0.25 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (3 mL) was treated with TFA (6 mL), stirred for 2 hours, and diluted with CH2Cl2. The organic layer was washed with 1M NaOH and brine (200 mL), dried (MgSO4), filtered, and concentrated to provide the desired product (0.11 g). MS (DCI) m/e 416 (M+H)+.
