Procedure
To a solution of COMPOUND 293 in MeOH (3 mL) were added methoxylamine hydrochloride (15 mg, 0.18 mmol) followed by NaOAc (14 mg, 0.17 mmol) and the mixture was stirred at room temperature overnight to afford COMPOUND 294 as a clear oil (31 mg, 82%) after work-up and purification. 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 0.95-1.17 (m, 2H), 1.02 (d, 3H, J=6.6 Hz), 1.52-1.58 (m, 1H), 1.74-1.79 (m, 3H), 2.14 (s, 3H), 2.17 (t, 1H, J=11.7 Hz), 2.52 (s, 6H), 2.57 (t, 1H, J=11.4 Hz), 2.73-2.89 (m, 3H), 3.28-3.36 (m, 1H), 3.59-3.68 (m, 1H), 3.88 (s, 3H), 3.94 (s, 3H), 6.60 (d, 2H, J=9.0 Hz), 6.98-7.03 (m, 2H), 7.28 (dd, 1H, J=4.8, 3.0 Hz), 7.45 (d, 2H, J=9.0 Hz), 8.71 (br s, 1H), 8.89 (s, 1H).
