To a solution of the compound (0.60 g) obtained in Example 23 in methanol (20 mL) was added 10% hydrogen chloride in methanol (5.0 mL), followed by stirring. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure, the residue was dissolved in methanol, and the solvent was removed again under reduced pressure. The residue was solidified with ethyl acetate, the resulting solid was finely powdered and was collected by filtration. The powder was dissolved in water (60 mL), and the solvent was removed under reduced pressure. The residue was finely powdered and dried under reduced pressure to yield the titled compound (447 mg) as a powder.
