200 mg (0.366 mmol) of (2R*,4S*)-2-benzyl-1-(4-pyridylacetyl)-N-(4-quinolylmethyl)-N-trifluoroacetyl-4-piperidinamine are reacted with 55 mg (1.46 mmol) of sodium borohydride in analogy to Example 2. The title compound ##STR45## is obtained as white foam. TLC: methylene chloride/methanol/conc. ammonia (700:50:1) Rf =0.31, FD-MS: M+ =450.
