130 mg (0.219 mmol) (2R*,4S*)-2-benzyl-1-(9-fluorenyl)-N-(4-quinolylmethyl)-N-trifluoroacetyl-4-piperidinamine are reacted in analogy to Example 40 with 500 μl (0.500 mmol) of 1N sodium hydroxide solution in 1 ml of tetrahydrofuran and 1 ml of methanol. The title compound ##STR77## is obtained (49 mg, 45% ) as white foam. TLC: toluene/ethyl acetate (1:1) Rf =0.26; FD-MS: M+ -495.
