0.190 g (0.301 mmol) of (2R*,4S*)-2-benzyl-1-(3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)benzoyl)-N-(2-phenylethyl)-N-trifluoroacetyl-4-piperidinamine is reacted with 0.046 g (1.21 mmol) of sodium borohydride in analogy to Example 2. The title compound ##STR82## is obtained (0.123 g, 76%) as oil. TLC: methylene chloride/methanol/conc. ammonia (1000:50:1) Rf =0.22, FD-MS: M+ =534, IR: 1630 cm-1.
