Reaction Steps
0.28 g of the compound of Step 4 is dissolved in a solution of 6 ml of ethanol and 0.3 ml of NH4OH. 0.3 ml of Raney nickel is added and the whole is hydrogenated at room temperature under atmospheric pressure. After filtering off the catalyst, rinsing and evaporating, 0.25 g of the expected product is obtained. Yield: 96%.
