Reaction Steps
The nitroindole from Step 4 (250 mg) was hydrogenated in the presence of 5% Rh/C at atmospheric pressure in EtOAc (25 ml). After 48 hrs, the catalyst was removed to afford the crude title compound which was immediately used in the next step.
