Reaction Steps
A similar procedure starting with 3-(S)-(-)-(1-carbamoyl1,1-diphenylmethyl)pyrrolidine (0.64 g--see Preparation 10B) gave 3-(S)-(-)-(1-carbamoyl-1,1-diphenylmethyl)-l-(4-chlorophenethyl)pyrrolidine, yield 0.2 g, [α]25D -7.4° (c 1.0, CH2Cl2).
