To a solution of N-[(3aS,4R,6S,6aR)-6-({[tert-butyl(dimethyl)silyl]oxy}methyl)-2,2-dimethyltetrahydro-3aH-cyclopenta[d][1,3]dioxol-4-yl]-N′-[(1S)-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-yl]-6-methyl-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diamine (0.23 g, 0.00044 mol) in THF (1 mL) was added 1.00 M of TBAF in THF (1.31 mL). The reaction was stirred for 30 minutes. The solution was concentrated and the residue purified by flash chromatography (0 to 4% MeOH/EtOAc) to afford 210 mg (>99%) of the title compound. LC/MS: Rt=1.24 min, ES+ 412 (FA standard).
