Procedure

The title compound was prepared following the procedure described in Example 3d using N-[(1R,3S,4S)-3-{[tert-butyl(dimethyl)silyl]oxy}-4-({[tert-butyl(dimethyl)-silyl]oxy}methyl)cyclopentyl]-6-(phenylethynyl)pyrimidin-4-amine and Pd(OH)2 on carbon (20% dry weight). LC/MS: Rt=2.30 min, ES+ 542 (FA standard).
