A solution of 3-(1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-1-[4-(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)phenyl]furo[3,2-c]pyridazin-4(1H)-one (64 mg) and 10% palladium on carbon (100 mg) in ethanol (80 mL) was stirred at 50° C. for 12 hr under a hydrogen atmosphere. Palladium on carbon was removed by filtration, and the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (ethyl acetate/methanol) to give the title compound (21 mg).
