Procedure

To a solution of 3-(1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-1-piperidin-4-ylpyridazin-4(1H)-one (0.10 g) in THF (10 mL) was added phenyl isocyanate (0.041 mL), and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2 hr. The reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure, and the obtained residue was recrystallized from 2-propanol/n-heptane to give the title compound (0.13 g).

Workup

  1. concentrationThe reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure
  2. customthe obtained residue was recrystallized from 2-propanol/n-heptane
