To a mixture of 5-methoxy-3-(1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)pyridazin-4-ol (0.10 g), 1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalen-2-ol (0.17 g), triphenylphosphine (0.29 g) and toluene was added DIAD toluene solution (1.9M, 0.59 mL) at 50° C., and the mixture was stirred at 50° C. for 1 hr and at room temperature overnight. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure, and the obtained residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (methanol/ethyl acetate) and recrystallized from ethyl acetate/n-heptane to give the title compound (27 mg).
