4-[4-(5-Bromo-3-fluoropyridin-2-yl)cyclohex-3-en-1-yl]morpholine (2.28 g) was used in place of 1-(5-bromopyridin-2-yl)-c-4-(tert-butyldimethyl silanyloxy)-r-1-cyclohexanecarbonitrile in Reference Example 144 (2) and (3), and reacted and treated in a similar manner to give the titled compound (1.68 g) as a pale yellow solid. MS (ESI) m/z: 278 (M+H)+.
