8-(5-Bromopyridin-2-yl)-1,4-dioxaspiro[4.5]decan-8-ol (3.0 g) described in Reference Example 76 (1) was used in place of 1-(5-bromopyridin-2-yl)-c-4-(tert-butyldimethylsilanyloxy)-r-1-cyclohexanecarbonitrile in Reference Example 144 (2) and (3), and reacted and treated in a similar manner to give the titled compound (1.28 g) as a white solid.
