4N HCl-Ethyl acetate (0.76 ml) was added to a solution of N-[6-(1-cyano-4-oxocyclohexyl)pyridin-3-yl]-5-methyl-1-[5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-2-yl]-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamide (285 mg) in ethyl acetate (60 ml) and stirred at 70° C. for an hour. After the reaction, the solvent was evaporated, ethanol was added, stirred at 70° C. for 0.5 hour and the precipitated solid was filtered to give the titled compound (270 mg) as a white solid.
