A solution of 3,4,5-trichloropyridazine (300 mg), glycine ethyl ester hydrochloride (228 mg) and diisopropylethyl amine (844 μL) in ethanol was stirred for 3 hours under reflux. After the reaction was completed, the mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (ethyl acetate:hexane=1:9 to 1:1) to give 126 mg (31% yield) of the title compound as a pale pink amorphous.
