PROCEDURE

实验过程

A solution of the compound (11 mg, 0.02 mmol) obtained in step 2, HATU (76 mg, 0.20 mmol), DEIA (5.13 μL, 0.03 mmol) and (tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl)methanamine (3.04 μL, 0.03 mmol) in DMF (2 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 1 day. Water was added to the reaction solution, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic layer was washed to with water and saturated brine and dried, and the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure. The obtained residue was purified by NH-silica gel column chromatography (solvent gradient; 0→50% ethyl acetate/hexane) to give the title compound (1.9 mg, 3.48 μmol, 14.2%) as a white powder.
