Prepared according to the procedure for N-(2-methyl-2-{[5-(trifluoromethyl)pyrimidin-2-yl]amino}cyclopentyl)-3-(pyrimidin-2-yl)pyridine-2-carboxamide (Example 153) from 1-methyl-1-N-[5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-2-yl]cyclopentane-1,2-diamine (Intermediate 51; 85 mg, 0.33 mmol), 3-(2H-1,2,3-triazol-2-yl)pyridine-2-carboxylic acid (CAS number 1252907-86-0; 75 mg, 0.33 mmol) and triethylamine (0.14 ml, 0.98 mmol) except this was then recrystallised from diisopropyl ether/pentane and then triturated with diethyl ether to afford the title compound.
