tert-butyl 6-((5-(4-aminothieno[3,2-d]pyrimidine-7-carboxamido)-6-methylisoquinolin-1-yl)amino)-1H-indazol-1-carboxylate (50 mg, 0.088 mmol) obtained in Example 113 was dissolved in ethyl acetate (5 mL), and added with 4 M HCl (dioxane solution, 0.5 mL). The reaction solution was stirred for 5 hours, and then the filtrate was filtered to obtain the title compound (40 mg, 90%).
