Title compound was prepared in quantitative yield according to the method employed to make 6-(2-Amino-5-bromo-phenylcarbamoyl)-5-aza-spiro[2.4]heptane-5-carboxylic acid benzyl ester and 6-(2-Amino-4-bromo-phenylcarbamoyl)-5-aza-spiro[2.4]heptane-5-carboxylic acid benzyl ester, substituting (S)-5-(benzyloxycarbonyl)-5-azaspiro[2.4]heptane-6-carboxylic acid with (S)-7-(benzyloxycarbonyl)-1,4-dioxa-7-azaspiro[4.4]nonane-8-carboxylic acid (357 mg, 99%).
