Reaction Steps

HCl (4 M in dioxane, 3.80 mL, 15.2 mmol) was added to [1-(3-methyl-pyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazin-1-yl)-pyrrolidin-3-yl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (965 mg, 3.04 mmol) in MeOH (10 mL). This was stirred overnight then concentrated to give the product (860 mg, 2.97 mmol, 98%) as a white solid.
