By the method described in Example 18, the title compound of Example 2 (0.98 g, 3.3 mmol) in 30 mL of CH2Cl2 with molecular sieves #5A (3 g) and Et3N (0.47 mL, 3.36 mmol) was reacted with the title compound of Example 23 (0.5 g, 3.3 mmol) to produce 0.82 g of the title product.
