tert-butyl-N-(1-{[4-chloro-6-(pyridine-2-amido)pyridin-2-yl]carbamoyl}ethyl)carbamate K56 (27 mg, 64 μmol) in DCM:TFA=9:1 (3 ml) is stirred at RT for 2 h. The mixture is diluted with DCM and extracted with a saturated aqueous sodium hydrogencarbonate solution. The combined organic layers are dried over MgSO4 and concentrated in vacuo. The product is purified by RP HPLC. Yield: 12 mg (58%). HPLC-MS: M+H=320; tR=1.57 min (METHOD—1).
