Procedure

Compound 49b (50 mg, 0.08 mmol) in THF (50 mL) was hydrogenated using 10% Pd/C in a continuous-flow hydrogenation reactor. The solvents were removed and the residue obtained was purified by flash column chromatography on silica gel (0-100% EtOAc/heptanes) to obtain compound 49c. Mass Spectrum (LCMS, ESI pos.) Calcd. For C35H39N7O4: 622.3 [M+H]. found 622.3.
