The title compound was prepared from compound 2b and 4-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)phenylboronic acid pinacol ester using the methods described in Example 1, Step G, followed by the deprotection of the resulting product with TFA using the methods described in Example 6, Step B. Mass Spectrum (LCMS, ESI pos.) Calcd. for C28H23N5O3: 478.2 [M+H]. found 478.1.
