Reaction Steps
The title compound (11 mg, 0.02 mmol) was prepared from (IntE3) (50 mg, 0.154 mmol), 3-(chloromethyl)-1-methyl-1H-indazole (69.6 mg, 0.39 mmol), KI (5.1 mg, 0.03 mmol) and K2CO3 (53.3 mg, 0.39 mmol) in DMF (3 mL) in a CEM Discover microwave reactor (100° C., 1 h) using the methods of (120).
