Procedure
A mixture comprising 50 mg (97 μmol) N-cyclopropyl-4-{6-(3-fluorophenoxy)-8-[(3,3,3-trifluoropropyl)amino]imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazin-3-yl}-2-methylbenzamide and 0.5 mL hydrobromic acid was heated at 120° C. for 10 minutes under microwave irradiation. Water was added, the precipitate filtered off and purified by chromatography to give 30.0 mg (62%) of title compound A and 4.1 mg (9%) of title compound B.
