To a solution 101d (400 mg, 0.56 mmol) in DCM (15 mL) was added dropwise 3M HCl (in dioxane). This mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2 h. The mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure. The residual yellow solid was washed with ethyl acetate and dried under vacuum to afford 101e (290 mg, 80%) as a yellow solid.
