Procedure
Following the procedures as described in Example 189, 3-(6-fluoropyridin-2-yl)-5-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yl)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-c]pyridine and piperidin-4-ol were reacted. The product was deprotected and purified to give 294 as a white solid (56.1% over two steps). 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO) δ 13.69 (broad s, 1H), 9.03 (s, 1H), 8.53 (s, 1H), 8.11 (s, 1H), 7.82 (s, 1H), 7.64 (t, J=7.9 Hz, 1H), 7.42 (d, J=7.4 Hz, 1H), 6.87 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 1H), 4.73 (d, J=3.2 Hz, 1H), 4.24-4.15 (m, 2H), 3.91 (s, 3H), 3.6-3.76 (m, 1H), 3.37-3.29 (m, 2H), 1.97-1.86 (m, 2H), 1.58-1.44 (m, 2H). LC/MS: m/z 376.2 [M+1]
