Compound 24 was prepared from methyl 2,2-dimethyl-4-oxo-2,3,4,9-tetrahydro-1H-carbazole-5-carboxylate and benzyl chloride according to the procedures for Compound 22 under appropriate conditions recognized by one of ordinary skill in the art. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 9.96 (s, 1H), 7.56 (d, 1H, J=8.4 Hz), 7.47 (d, 1H, J=7.8 Hz), 7.11-7.33 (m, 6H), 5.45 (s, 2H), 2.82-2.84 (m, 2H), 2.41-2.43 (m, 2H), and 1.97-2.00 (m, 2H). MS (ESI) m/e [M+1]+ 316.
