From (racemic) 7-(dimethoxymethyl)-2-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1,8-naphthyridine (intermediate 260), synthesized in an analogous manner to intermediate 12, the title compound was obtained as a light brown oil. (UPLC-MS 6) tR 0.90; ESI-MS 301.1/303.1 [M+H]+.
