The title compound was prepared in analogy to Example 1, by using methyl 6,6-difluoro-8-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octane-3-carboxylate 150a (200 mg) and ethyl (4R)-6-(bromomethyl)-4-(2-chloro-3-fluoro-phenyl)-2-thiazol-2-yl-1,4-dihydropyrimidine-5-carboxylate 98a (400 mg). 30 mg of the title compound was isolated finally after preparative HPLC purification.
