Reaction Steps
This compound was prepared by using procedures analogous to those described for the synthesis of Example 52, Step 6 starting from 4-bromo-2-(bromomethyl)benzoate and 2-(2-aminoethyl)-1-methylpyrrolidine (Aldrich Cat No. D139505). LCMS (M+H)+=323.0.
