Procedure

A suspension of EXAMPLE 77C (150 mg), morpholine (0.117 mL), acetic acid (0.062 mL) and solid-supported MP-CNBH3 (Argonaut Technologies, 885 mg, 2.63 mmol/g) in dichloromethane (4 mL) and methanol (2 mL) was shaken at room temperature for 18 hours. The reaction mixture was filtered, concentrated and purified by RP HPLC (30-100% CH3CN/water/0.1% TFA) to provide the title compound.
