Procedure

Chloroaluminium phthalocyanine tetrasulphonate (100 mg, 1.12×10-4 mol) is dried overnight at 100° C. Phosphorus oxychloride (410 μl, 4.48×10-3 mol) is added and the mixture is incubated at ambient temperature under exclusion of moisture. After 24 hours at this temperature, unreacted phosphorus oxychloride is removed by bulb-bulb distillation.
