The title compound was prepared from 2-chloro-9-methoxy-6,7-dihydro-pyrimido[6,1-a]isoquinolin-4-one (4) and 1H-indazol-6-ylamine as in Example 1 d. 1H-NMR (400 MHz, d6-DMSO) δ 12.95 (br, 1H), 9.76 (s, 1H), 8.60 (s, 1H), 7.96 (s, 1H), 7.72-7.60 (2H), 7.15-6.95 (3H), 6.42 (s, 1H), 4.01 (t, 2H), 3.85 (s, 3H) and 2.98 (t, 2H); MS (ESI) (M+H)+ 360.
