The title compound was prepared from 2-chloro-9-methoxy-6,7-dihydro-pyrimido[6,1-a]isoquinolin-4-one (4) and 2-hydroxy-ethylamine as in Example 1 d. 1H-NMR (400 MHz, d6-DMSO) δ 7.62 (d 1H), 7.54 (t, 1H), 7.00-6.93 (2H), 6.17 (s, 1H), 4.85 (t, 1H), 3.91 (t, 2H), 3.82 (s, 3H) 3.50 (q, 2H), 2.91 (t, 2H) and 2H were overlapped with H2O; MS (ESI) (M+H)+ 288.
