Reaction Steps

To a solution of 3-benzhydryl-1-(1-benzoyl-pyrrolidin-3-yl)-1-methyl-urea (0.7 g, 1.75 mmol) in CH3OH (25 ml) was added Pd/C 20% (175 mg). The resulting slurry was hydrogenated at 50 psi for 24 hours. The catalyst was filtered through Celite and filtrate evaporated under reduced pressure to, give 0.63 g of desired product.
