) The title compound was prepared from the above described {2-[3-(3-bromo-phenyl)-3-oxo-propionylamino]-5-(isobutyl-methyl-amino)-4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl}-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (1.01 g, 1.72 mmol) and TFA (6.5 mL) in DCM (20 mL) according to general procedure I step 2. Obtained as a white solid (0.65 g, 81%). MS (ISP) 468.0 [(M+H)+]; mp 186° C. (dec).
