Using methods substantially equivalent to those described in Example 1-I, 3-amino-N-(5-chloropyridin-2-yl)-pyridine-2-carboxamide (321 mg, 1.29 mmol), N,N-dimethyl-formamide (0.2 mL) and 2-(2-tert-butoxycarbonylaminoethoxy)-4-(morpholin-4-yl)benzoic acid (500 mg, 1.36 mmol) yielded, after deprotection of the coupled product using methods substantially equivalent to those described in Example 1-J, 20 mg (2%) of the title compound as a trifluoroacetate salt.
