A solution of 90 mg (0.2 mmol) of Compound 402a and 1 mL 2 N aq. NaOH in 4 mL MeOH was heated overnight at 55° C. The solvent was evaporated, the residue was dissolved in H2O and neutralized. The precipitate was filtered, washed with H2O and dried. The product was purified by HPLC to yield 34 mg.
