Utilizing the material from Example 255 Step A, the title compound was prepared in analogous fashion using propyl iodide as the alkyl halide and following the procedure of Step B–D of Example 255, as an amorphous tan solid. 1H NMR (CDCl3, 300 MHz) δ 0.94 (t, 2H), 1.40–2.01 (m, 6H), 2.65–2.70 (t, J=9.6 Hz, 2H), 2.70–2.95 (m, 2H), 2.95–3.45 (m, 7H)), 3.3.60–3.95 (m, 1H), 6.37(d, J=7.7 Hz, 1H), 6.46 (d, J=7.0 Hz, 1H), 6.64 (t, J=7.6 Hz) ppm. MS (CI): 258 (M+H+).
