Procedure
A solution of the product of Example 6 (130 mg), cyclohexanone (0.06 mL), and dibutyltin dichloride (3 mg) in THF (0.1 mL) was treated with phenylsilane (0.07 mL). After 16 h, the resulting mixture was chromatographed (0-8% 2M methanolic ammonia/DCM), giving the title compound as a waxy solid (18 mg). 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3): 7.75 (t, J=1.2 Hz, 1H), 7.28 (d, J=9.0 Hz, 2H), 7.20 (t, J=1.4 Hz, 1H), 7.18 (t, J=1.2 Hz, 1H), 6.99 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 2H), 4.35-4.27 (m, 1H), 2.76-2.67 (m, 2H), 2.26-2.18 (m, 2H), 2.10 (d, J=7.24 Hz, 2H), 2.05-1.96 (m, 2H), 1.87-1.73 (m, 3H), 0.90 (d, J=6.5 Hz, 6H).
