To a solution of the compound obtained in Step B of Example 31 (0.8 g) in 5 ml of ethanol 95° there is added potassium hydroxide (100 mg) dissolved in 1 ml of ethanol 95° The reaction mixture is heated at reflux overnight. After cooling to ambient temperature, the solution is acidified using 1N HCl. The precipitate obtained is then filtered and purified on a reverse phase, RP18, eluant MeOH/H2O 6/4, to yield the title compound in the form of a white powder.
