Reaction Steps
60 mg 6-{3-[5-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)-thiophen-2-yl]-1-trityl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl}-3-thiazol-2-yl-imidazo[1,2-a]-pyridine obtained in Example 441 was dissolved in 8.0 mL solvent mixture of tetrahydrofuran and methanol (1:1), then 3.0 mL of 5 N hydrochloric acid was added thereto, and the mixture was left at room temperature for 3 hours. Water was poured into the reaction solution, and the precipitated crystals were collected by filtration and washed with diethyl ether, to give 14.5 mg of the title compound as pale pink crystals.
