Procedure
8-(6-Chloropyridazin-3-yl)-3-(5-methyl-3-phenylisoxazol-4-yl)-5H-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-α]isoindole was heated in a sealed tube with methylamine (3 ml of 40% solution in water) for 16 h. The reaction mixture was cooled, poured into H2O and extracted into CH2Cl2, dried (MgSO4), and concentrated under reduced pressure.
