The title compound was prepared from 3-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-5-[(2S)-oxiran-2-yl]isoxazole (which was obtained in Example 108), in methyl alcohol and ammonia in substantially the same manner as described in Example 105, and was obtained as a white solid (0.43 g, 80% yield), mp 105° C.; MS (ES) m/z: 273 (MH+); 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 3.18 (m, 2H), 4.83 (m, 1H), 6.56 (s, 1H),7.54 (d, 1H), 7.62 (d, 1H), 7.90 (s, 1H).
